This scheme is open to all senior citizens above 60 years who are residents of Madhya Pradesh. It provides free travel, accommodation, food, and medical facilities to the pilgrims during the tour. This scheme allows the pilgrims to choose their preferred destination from a list of 22 places across India. To avail the benefits of this scheme, you need to meet the following criteria:
The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh. The applicants’ age for males must be 60 years or older, and for females must be 58 years or older. The applicant should not be an income taxpayer. If one of the spouses is eligible, both can travel. The application can also be made by groups. The applicant must be physically and mentally fit for travel.
