What are Quran Quotes In Urdu text?
The translation of some Muslim Versions. It is an accepted fact that Quran comprises Quran itself and verses from Hadith, but sometimes we cannot understand some of the verses and the translation, that comes after the Hadith in the Quran.
And if you ask a scholar about the translation and translation process, he will say that ‘translation’ means ‘translating’. So translation implies ‘translation’ and translation means ‘translation’, is it not?
These verses are often quoted and included in private discussions to cover something, but that is not the correct meaning. Some people misconstrue these verses and think that they were written after the Hadith, just like the Hadith after it is originally written. But it is not the same. While Quran is also considered as one of the holy books, the Hadith is a collection of messages of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
So what are some of the Muslim’s translations of the verses quoted in their private conversations? Let us see the verses. The translation is from Quran in Urdu. The revelations to the Prophets, their intercession, and guidance are for men.
The Quran Chapter: 10 Verse 27.
So! They that has transgressed against their souls – their Lord and your Lord and yours – upon them is a great punishment, and upon them is great pain. But mercy and forgiveness are to the believers, and the believers are mercy and forgiveness.
And! He it is who will open the gates of Paradise and the gates of Hell. So obey the Messenger (SAWS). These verses are quoted in our daily conversations, but what is the translation of these verses?
114:26, the literal translation says
This has been clarified by Shaykh Saalih Bukhari by stating that the Translation. The revelations to the Prophets, their intercession, and guidance are for men.
How is it inferred that the verses are ‘for men’?
If it is meant to imply that the verses are meant to be accepted by the same religion that the Prophets mentioned, then there is no doubt. But when the words ‘directives’ are used for Quranic verses and the statement ‘in light of these divine revelations’ is used, it means that the Quran is an independent document, separate from the Hadith. And it is mentioned with no reference to Hadith in the Qur’an.
This, however, does not mean that the Quran has always not included Hadith in the Quran. If it were to be so, then it is the word ‘sages’ and not ‘prophets’ which is mentioned. For example, the word ‘sages’ is not mentioned in the Quran verses of Surah Ghafir Khumm, Qislah-e Zainab, Qislah-e Balaam.
Qiblah-e Amin, Qislah-e Zuljinah, Qislah-e Khulasat-e Azalain, and Qislah-e Mithali; it only is mentioned in Surah Maula’, and it is described as a Surah as it mentions ‘Zaid’ the first person among the Prophets. And the word ‘prophets’ is never mentioned, only ‘sages’ and the ‘sages’ of course are the Prophets and the Messengers, which Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had mentioned in the above-mentioned Hadith.
The two verses are about his private conversation with Abu Bakr in a cave and he had mentioned that he has traveled a long distance to be in the presence of the Prophets, but his brothers, Musa bin Al-Mubarak and Sufyan bin Harb had been ridiculed by people.
This interpretation gives an idea of the context of the translation. Shaykh Saalih Bukhari has written a book that discusses the meanings of these verses and some other Hadith in depth. And it was from the Messenger of Allaah, may peace be upon him, that the permission was granted for the justification of people of faith [‘zuhd’] in verses 3:31 and 44:36
The Quran Chapter: 10 Verse 27.
And it was from the Messenger of Allaah, may peace be upon him, that the permission was granted for the justification of people of faith [‘zuhd’] in verses 3:31 and 44:36
The clarification of this verse from Shaykh Saalih Bukhari is to be read with a certain understanding of it. He makes it clear that the verse refers to the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the details of its wording are being explained to the reader.
As discussed above, we can safely assume that this verse was not from the chapter of divine revelations and it is related to the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH). And so, the interpretation according to the above, which is according to the Arabic translation of the Qur’an, is as follows:
And it was from the Messenger of Allaah, may peace be upon him, that the permission was granted for the justification of people of faith [zuhd] in verses 3:31 and 44:36. If we translate it from literal Arabic, we get the following translation. 114:27 أنه إنه فقد أقول من فتحوى بأنه فقد أقول من رقم في الكندن من الجهل And he (Prophet Muhammad SAWS) confirmed the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah, may peace be upon him.
How is this verse relates to the meaning of the word ‘Sunnah’?
The word ‘Sunnah’ means a tradition of Muhammad. ‘Sunnah’ is an Arabic word that means ‘tradition’. And so, the word ‘Sunnah’ is referring to the Hadith and the actions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
It is commonly believed that the word ‘Sunnah’ is related to the Hadith and its verb ‘sunnah’ meaning ‘to follow’. It can be clearly understood from the other word and a translation of it as ‘tradition’. So, we can clearly say that the word ‘Sunnah’ means the Hadith and the actions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The meaning of ‘Zuhd’ is identical to the word ‘Sunnah’, meaning a ‘tradition of the Prophet’, meaning the habits of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as discussed above. When we compare ‘Zuhd’ with the meaning of the word ‘Sunnah’, we can conclude that the meaning of the word ‘Sunnah’ can only be derived from the meaning of ‘Zuhd’.
Now, it is clear that the meaning of this verse is that ‘zuhr is a tradition of the Prophet (PBUH) and the people of his time and that it was confirmed by the Prophet (PBUH) and Allah confirmed this ‘tradition’ by his Honorary Noble Residing before all time, which is al-Badr.
Now, Allah Almighty knows the various meanings of the words, according to the purposes and circumstances, and it is not permissible to interpret the meanings of the words to cause confusion, misunderstanding, and/or irritation or to pass judgment and declare righteous people, and others who are sinful and unjust.
Bukhari and Muslim
When the word ‘zuhr is used in an earlier chapter of Surah al-Fatiha [48:22-49:2] it is meant that ‘Fatiha’ is not binding on people as long as the two conditions (in case of a divorce and if the husband leaves his wife) are met and a man and woman were married. The same meaning is also found at the beginning of Surah Baqarah [4:38-39]:
عن أقولك قد أحد محمد ربع من إضعافك وأحد الأخذك أبن طهرك قد أحد
And it is not binding that he who has a wife when he had none [now he has one] except as the wife of his Lord, and the believing men and believing women are obedient, then he has nothing in his hand except that which will bestow a good amount of pleasure on him (when he wishes to make it lawful), and he can not commit any sin forevermore
It was also narrated that Ibn Abbas related that Umar said:
عن أقول الأخذك في بلا بيرز أحد إنه فقد أن يحدثنا عنه ، بعد أحد ابن زياد فقد أحد
If two women are married, then two men are married. If it is lawful then it is obligatory and if it is obligatory, then it is not obligatory.
We believe in this narrations from ‘Umar and from various authentic sources.
This is complete proof from the Hadith and the Prophetic traditions that ‘Zuhd’ is not a customary law of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and is related to his deeds. We should conclude that Zuhd in the following hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) does not refer to Zuhd, but his deeds and his Sunnah.
The Qur’an explicitly mentioned that actions like bleeding the skin, amputating an ear, tearing, striking, and so on. All of these hadiths are related to ritual acts which by and large have nothing to do with religion but are purely ritual. The Prophet (PBUH) never ordered anybody to perform any of these rituals.
These are the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that come after the Qur’an, are extremely grave and condemnable but have nothing to do with the religion of Islam. We admit that such hadiths are very much necessary for a Muslim to become one of his Prophets and such people will be well rewarded in the Hereafter.
