In this, the government of Arunachal Pradesh provides a 45% subsidy, bank financing contributes 45%, and the beneficiaries contribute 10%.

Beneficiaries must provide security in the form of land/property or other acceptable guarantees to secure the loan amount. If the loan amount for individual beneficiaries exceeds Rs. 1.6 lakh, security is required, and for SHGs/FPOs, this amount can go up to Rs. 10 lakh.
