7) Processed fruit juices
Processed fruit juices are filled with sugar, chemicals, and calories. You can find them in the frozen food section of grocery stores and on the shelves in many convenience stores. Beware that these juices are sometimes marketed as being healthy when they are not. So be sure to read the labels before buying any juices to make sure they don’t have added sugars or other bad ingredients. If you must buy one then choose the 100% pure juice varieties, which contain only fruit juice and nothing else. Read labels carefully because some drinks may claim to be all-natural, but if they’re sweetened by any means other than natural fruit juice, this isn’t true. Some examples of processed fruit juices are Hawaiian punch, Hi-C apple flavored drink mix, Fanta orange soda, Odwalla apple mango juice drink, and Ocean Spray cranberry cocktail.
